Cannibalism. That's one word that can describe this anime. I actually enjoyed watching as it hit me right in the feels. It's not like all Ghouls like to eat people! All they wish for is to have a normal life and be accepted into the society, however all 'normal' people are against ghouls, that's why they have to hide and wear masks. The opening breaks my heart as it seem like the person singing is in pain especially at the beginning. Perfect Choice of Song!! In addition they can't enjoy food and can only survive while eating human flesh. Let's move to the graphics - beautful and amazing, however why did they censored everything?? Sometimes you don't actually see what's happening 'cause whole screen is black!!
Plot:
Kaneki Ken is a normal college student who has a great passion towards books. One day, in a coffee shop called Anteiku he meets beautiful, purpled haired women - Rize. Kaneki wents on the date with her and realises that he shares the same interest as her. At the end of the day, when they walked back home, she attacks him. Powerless Kaneki, realises that she's a ghoul - a human-like person who lives by eating human flesh. Suprisely, Kaneki survives event though he nearly got eaten and was crushed by falling platform along with Rize. Kaneki survived as Rize's organs were transplanted to him. Unfortunately, he became a one-eye ghoul, unable to control himself. Kaneki doesn't want to be a ghoul and eat people but how can he survive?Screenshots:
